Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

• Once confirmed, reservations are generally non-refundable, especially during peak seasons. Cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit or prepayment made.

Partial Refunds
For cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date, a partial refund of the booking amount may be considered. Any cancellation fees incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount. For cancellations within 14 days of check-in, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted by contacting us at reservations@thambaravilla.lk. Please include your booking reference and reason for the cancellation. We will process eligible refunds within 10-14 business days.

Airport Transfer and Extra Services
Airport transfers and other additional services requested are non-refundable once confirmed.
